Meet Your Co-Presenter
MindFit is co-presented by Pastor Alex Rodriguez and a local moderator from your church. Before entering the ministry, Pastor Rodriguez had a successful career as a health educator, firefighter, and police officer.
Drawing on his professional background, Pastor Rodriguez’s engaging documentary-style presentations combine on-location footage, expert interviews, first-person stories, and historical and scientific research. He’s excited to share about treatments that are helping millions find mental wellness! Following each video presentation, the local moderator will lead an interactive study and discussion on the session’s topic.
